Commission pieces : Amethyst Set

She said she was an admirer of my work and she frequently visited my site. She wanted me to make her a necklace and a pair of studs using amethyst stones for a present to her colleague. She specifically wanted the design like http://beautyndbeads.blogspot.com/2010/05/brooch-for-kebaya.html for the necklace.

And she wanted no contrast color, just purple color. So, to give a touch of glamour, I added a few swarovski crystals and rhinestones. I also made the chain myself.

As for the studs, I used 10 mm faceted flat amethyst surrounded by rhinestones. I really loved the outcome... I think this set look so pretty, don't you think?

I really hope she like it as much as I do.... =)
