The Golden Brown Bangle

After the green piece bangle, I'm in the mood to make another bangle. So, before the mood passed I decided to make this bangle. When I started I took a chance in using golden wire because I thought it would look 'too much'....

Luckily, it went perfect together. The combination of carnelian, yellow agate, red agate, fluorite, and swarovski pearl framed with the golden wire makes it look kind of ethnic with a touch of contemporary.

I bet it looks perfect with batik..... ^ - ^

The Green Piece Bangle

Another tribute to Eni Oken... this piece is made with fluorite, green garnet, glass beads, swarovski beads. I need 6 hours to make this piece but I love the result.... it is as fresh as can be...

Smokey Quartz Necklace

Lately I've been neglecting my blog because I have several project to finished, one of them is this necklace.

Using wire techniques and design inspired by Eni Oken, I spent a bit more than 11 hours wrapping and coiling to make this necklace but the result were well worth every hours.

Golden topaz meets batik....

As you know batik is really "in" knowadays. Almost everywhere people (read: ladies) are wearing batik. The other day I had lunch with a few friends wearing my batik with my golden topaz set. Surprisingly, these jewelry set complement my batik very well, at least that was according to my friends. And they asked me to make a few set for them .... thanks to my batik...
